Agents of national security have convinced Medvedev biopassports remain with Rising without competition

According to two independent sources, in the letter Dmitry Medvedev heads of FSB and the Ministries of Internal Affairs have suggested to appoint the state operator of system of registration of biopassports scientific research institute Rising. On this letter the positive resolution of the president has been received, the high-ranking official has told and the participant of the IT Market has confirmed. The commission about appointment of the state operator, according to the official, is finished to all interested departments (including Minkomsvjazi), and is now dealt with a question of preparation of the order. It will proceed either from the president, or from the government, the question on it is not solved yet.

Earlier with the offer to appoint Rising by the unique executor of works on support of system of registration of biopassports to Medvedev, its adviser, the ex-head of Ministry of Communications and the head of interdepartmental group for preparation of introduction of passport and visa documents of new generationn.
