The Russian supercomputers have reached Southern Africa

The Russian company of the T-platform and the National supercomputer centre of Southern Africa have signed the cooperation agreement. Joint plans assume use of the supercomputer systems developed Russian, in the projects realised by the South African supercomputer centre.

Within the limits of the T-platform agreement will put to the African party T-Blade 2. This blejd-syste with high computing density, possibility to create supercomputers level.

To provide qualitative introduction and timely support of supercomputer systems of the T-platform in Southern Africa, the Russian company plans to involve one of the local IT Companies in cooperation. Its experts will pass all-round training and practice in the Russian projects of the T-platform. As a result the South African partners can is high-grade to advance on cobtinent the Russian decisions.

This second agreement concluded by the company of the T-platform with � by partners – has beggun recently cooperation with the largest Finnish supercomputer cenntre CSC.
