Supervisory board Rosnano has approved participation of corporation in the project on creation of a domestic production of the superbig integrated schemes on a basis nanoyеlektronnoi technologies with design norms 90 nanometrov.
The Russian chips for the smart cards used in electronic passports, driver's licences and certificates on registration of vehicles, bank and social cards, SIM-cards for mobile phones, and chips for RFID-labels (radio-frequency identification labels) become project end-products. Also the integrated schemes which are let out within the limits of the project, will be claimed in devices of satellite navigationn GLONASS/GPS and digital television hookups.
The total amounnt of financing of the project will make 16,5 mlrd the Partner and soinvestorom to corporation in the project there is one of leaders in manufacture of the Russian microelectronics company Sitroniks. For project realisation the design company in which authorised capital soinvestor will bring an industrial line on release of integrated schemes, and will be created by Rosnano – will enclose 6,5 billion Project will be realised on the basis of an industrial platform and infrastructure NIIMYe and the Micron, a part Sitroniks.
As a result of realisation of the project of Sitroniks becomes the centre of the further development of microelectronic branch in Russia. Within the limits of the project the licence of one of leading world manufacturers of semi-conductor devices – companies ST Microelectronics – on technological process of manufacturing of integrated schemes with design norms 90 nanometrov will be used.
