The supervisory board of the Russian corporation nanotehnologii () has approved the concept of participation of corporation in venture and sowing funds. The document sets frame principles of participation of corporation in the investment funds which creation is the important part of development of a financial infrastructure of the market in sphere nanotehnologii, is told in the message of Rosnano.
The concept assumes participation of Rosnano in 5 basic specialised types of funds: sowing funds nanotehnologii, funds of low budget projects, branch funds, the international funds nanotehnologii with attraction of foreign investors and the leading international operating companies, and also in the funds organised within the limits of intergovernmental agreements.
Each of types of funds solves the class of problems. As a whole, by means of creation of funds Rosnano plans to involve additional means of private investors from Russia and from abroad in projects in sphere nanotehnologii, to provide a transfer of the advanced international technologies to Russia and to generate additional market mechanisms of assistane to projects at different stages of development, have explained in Rosnano.
As it is marked, at the first stage sowing and international funds become priority types of funds for Rosnano. Now Rosnano discusses with the Russian Vengure Company (RVK), and also a number of regional administrations of possibility of cooperation on creation of sowing funds nanotehnologii.
The average quantity of the proinvested projects in each of funds is planned at level of 20-30 projects, a share of means of Rosnano – to 50 %. The corporation already carries on negotiations with the Russian and foreign partners in their participation in joint funds. At the expense of the means involved with funds the corporation expects to double, at least, volume of investments into development Russian nanoindustrii.
