Sitroniks has bought the Ib-strategist of MTS

The concern (it is supervised AFK by System) declared Network systems acquisition of 51 % of the company. Its former 100 %-s' owner. Alexander Chesalov. Has reserved a share in 49 %. The Sum of transaction of the party do not open. In press-service Sitroniks have declared that investments from their party are minimum. The data on a gain of Network systems also does not reveal.

Network Systems not too appreciable company in the market. It has been based in 2005 Specializes on system engineering, program and hardware-software devices of network safety and cryptographic protection of the data. Till 2008 the company was engaged in working out of gateway screens (MSYe, Firewalls) Pyros, is told on its site. Network systems initially was my project (as a matter of fact it is venture business) and to AFK System no any relation had, - Alexander Chesalov confirms. - But owing to that AFK System - the company which works in sphere of high technologies and has huge scientific and technical resources, the rate has been made on it.

The audit purpose was the analysis of an existing technical infrastructure and means on protection of PUSSYCATS against threats of IT Safety for increase of level of a maturity of the company in the field of information protection.

Audit was spent in all Russian regional representations of MTS, and also in divisions in Ukraine, in Belarus, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Armenia.
