The given transactions, are assured in Sparxent, will allow the company to expand the technological examination and presence in territory of Russia. Financial conditions of transactions are not disclosed.
Arbyte specialisses on deliveries of hardware maintenance and granting of services of IT Consulting to the companies of the average size. In turn, RIkkon offers services on base, including the analysis of business processes, operational and financial consulting, management of relations with clients and planning of clrporate resources. Total number of employees Abyte and RIkkon makes approximately 150 persons, and a cumulative annual turnover – about $40 million As believe in Sparxent, at the expense of association of resources Arbyte and RIkkon the company can develop the examination in the field of professional IT Services and expand a portfolio of business offers for the companies of the average size.
